Jan. 16 2013 By Tom Hardy Format: Hardcover Wow! Really. Take a look at
the cover photo. Mesmerizing, right? And yet, it barely prepares you
for whats inside, both the stunning visuals and the sobering content.
If you want to know what our obsessions with ever-more, ever-cheaper
energy, and ever-more, ever-easier economic growth have
the cover. And if you *dont* want to know (or you have in mind someone
who should know) what our obsessions with ever-more, ever-cheaper
energy and ever-more, ever-easier economic growth have
wrought...*definitely* open the cover. This is not a feel-good coffee
table book. Both physically (it must weigh more than five pounds) and
psychically, it lands with a resounding "Thud!" ENERGY is impossible to
ignore...and thats a damn good thing.
